Returns & Exchanges
At Chokefish™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, make sure to contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Since each piece is handcrafted to order, we kick off production a day after your order is placed.
Defective Items
If something's off with your order, no worries. Just email us a photo of the defect within 5 days of receiving your gear so we can make it right.
Limited Drops & Final Sales
All sales are final on limited edition drops and final sale items—no returns or exchanges accepted.
General Returns
Not stoked with your order? We’ll do what we can to sort it out. Drop us a line at customerservice@chokefish.com. Because everything we sell is made to order, our return window is 30 days from delivery. After that, unfortunately, we can't process returns. Please note: to be eligible for a return, the product must be 100% unused and in its original packaging.
Order Cancellations
As all items are custom-made, we can only cancel orders within the first 24 hours. Got questions? Reach us at info@chokefish.com. To qualify for store credit, your return must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Partial Credit Situations
We might offer partial credit if your item shows signs of wear, isn’t in its original state, or if the request comes more than 30 days after delivery. These cases are handled individually.
Returned to Sender
If your order bounces back to us because it was returned to sender, we’ll reach out. If you respond within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll resend it. If not, we offer two routes:
- A refund minus shipping and restocking fees, or
- Store credit minus shipping costs.
Abandoned Packages
If your package is refused due to unpaid duties or left unclaimed, it might get destroyed or returned at a high cost to us. In these rare situations, we can't process refunds or send replacements.
No Response Policy
If we don’t hear back from you within 7 days, we’ll automatically issue store credit.
International Orders
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped outside the U.S. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it with store credit or a replacement.
Hygiene-Restricted Items
Due to hygiene standards, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sports Crops
- Swimsuits
- Face Masks
Condition Requirements
All items must be unused and in mint condition. Any product that shows signs of wear—including stains, scents, or other marks—won’t be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
If the return is our mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping. If not, the customer covers those costs.

Be sure to include a printed copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return package. Returns and exchanges only apply to U.S. orders. International orders are not eligible.
